Stouh Beirut Association Hosts Charity Night at Caracalla Dance Theater to Support Vulnerable Families

Stouh Beirut Association organized a special evening for the Caracalla Dance Theater performance “Phoenicia,” with proceeds dedicated to supporting the association’s humanitarian activities. The event took place Thursday night at the Caracalla Dance Theater in Harash Tabet.

The event was opened by journalist Dalia Dagher, who welcomed attendees and highlighted the gathering’s purpose: serving the Lebanese community by supporting families in need and addressing urgent medical cases amid Lebanon’s ongoing economic and financial crisis.

Dagher emphasized that the strong attendance helped cover medical treatments and surgeries for two children and laid the foundation for a future initiative to support the “Dar Al-Saada” home for the elderly in Zahle, preventing its closure for those without family or support. She also expressed her delight at the fruitful collaboration with Caracalla Dance Theater, celebrating the return of its spectacular performances to Lebanon as a symbol of resilience, joy, and the enduring spirit of Lebanese culture from Phoenicia to today.

Among the attendees were Prime Minister Najib Mikati, who praised the artistic and humanitarian value of the event, Culture Minister Mohammad Wissam Mortada, and MP Nada Boustani, who commended Stouh Beirut’s continuous efforts—from telethons to impactful collaborations like this one with Caracalla. Former Minister May Chidiac also highlighted the successful blend of art and humanitarian work, noting the vital role of associations in supporting children and the elderly during challenging times.

Several ambassadors of the association, along with cultural, social, and artistic figures, also spoke, applauding the event’s objectives and the meaningful collaboration between art and humanitarian action.
