Austrian Ambassador Commends Stouh Beirut’s Efforts in Advancing Women’s Initiatives in Lebanon

The Coordinator of the Lebanese Women’s Affairs Committee at the Greek Catholic Patriarchate Ms Cynthia Gharib organized a meeting with the Austrian Ambassador to Lebanon, Mrs. Franziska Honsowitz-Friessnigg, attended by more than fifty Lebanese women active in the fields of law, media, and social affairs.

During the gathering, president of Stouh Beirut association journalist Dalia Dagher presented the “Femmes du soleil” project and its objectives, in addition to highlighting the association’s activities. Ambassador Honsowitz-Friessnigg praised the association’s work and announced that she will soon visit its offices, as well as the Femmes du soleil Center in Dhour El Choueir.
