
President of “Stouh Beirut” Association, Journalist Dalia Dagher, Visits Minister of Health: Towards a Lasting Partnership to Support the project of “Women of the sun”
The President and Founder of the “Stouh Beirut” Association, journalist Dalia Dagher, along with the Association’s Projects Development Manager Rosy Haddad Bonji, visited the Minister of Public Health, Dr. Rakan Nassereddine, in the presence of the Director of Medical Care in Lebanon, Dr. Joseph El Helo.
During the meeting, the association presented its project, “Women of the sun” which aims to support women both psychologically and medically. The discussion led to an agreement on launching a permanent partnership between the Ministry of Health and Stouh Beirut, encompassing collaboration on a range of support activities from medical and mental health services to awareness and public health campaigns targeting women across Lebanon.
Minister Nassereddine praised the efforts of the association and commended the new “Women of the sun” project. He and Dr. Joseph El Helo affirmed the Ministry’s full readiness to cooperate and provide support for the project and the association’s broader mission.
Dagher, for her part, emphasized the importance of uniting official and civil efforts to protect women, safeguard their health, and uphold their dignity.
