Under the patronage and in the presence of the Minister of Information, Dr.Paul Morcos, Stouh Beirut association launched its new project “Femmes du Soleil” from the Ministry of Information, with the attendance of officials, media professionals, and supporters of the organization.
The project is a shelter and a development center located in Dhour Shweir, aiming to empower women and girls through training, rehabilitation, and psychosocial support.
It is carried out in collaboration with the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts and supported by an international expertise from France.
This pioneering initiative, led by journalist Dalia Dagher, seeks to reaffirm the role of women as active partners in society and to emphasize that empowering women is a fundamental pillar of national recovery and the building of a humane Lebanon.
