Hope for Salim’s Daughters Starts With You

Salim Moussa (71), a father of five from Zahleh, is living under extremely difficult medical and financial conditions. Since 2020, he has suffered from kidney failure and requires regular dialysis, along with 14 pills daily costing more than $100 each month.

The family survives on a small military pension of only $300 per month, which is far from enough to cover medical treatment, medication, and basic living expenses. His wife, Sabah (70), is the sole caregiver for the family, caring for Salim and their two daughters: Rana, who lives with a long-term motor disability, and Amani, who is completely dependent on others for daily care despite being fully mentally aware.

Although Rana is talented in handmade crafts and accessories, the family’s poverty prevents her from even purchasing the materials needed to work.

Today, the family urgently needs humanitarian support to secure medical treatment, medication, and basic care that can help them live with dignity.
