A Day of Nature, Creativity & Connection

Join us for a relaxing day in nature filled with creativity, delicious food, and meaningful experiences. Reconnect with yourself through inspiring workshops, shared moments, and activities designed to help you unwind and recharge.

Schedule

  • 9:00 AM – Welcome & Registration
    • ⁠ Welcome coffee and refreshments
  • 9:30 AM – Nature Promenade
    • ⁠ ⁠Guided walk in nature
    • ⁠ ⁠Mindfulness and connection with the environment
  • 10:30 AM – Table Setting & Bouquet-Making Workshop

Lunch Experience

  • 12:30 PM – Pizza-Making Workshop & Lunch, Participants will prepare their own pizzas before enjoying lunch together. And make your own cookies with little chef Jad Safi (13 years old) passionate and remarkable chef.
  • 2:30 PM – Art Therapy Session (Anger Management)
  • 4:30 PM – Closing Circle
